 This module is a part of our multi-layered set of mitigations to help improve our company’s protection against cyber threats.  Phishing, a type of cyber attack, is currently our number one security risk and can be financially devastating to our company. We want to provide all of our employees who are vulnerable to such attacks the necessary information to be able to recognize and prevent the loss of sensitive information. 

 This is an interactive eLearning module for all employees that have a company email and can be potential victims of cyber security attacks. An eLearning course would allow our employees, who are spread across the US, to work through the content at their own pace and time. This module will focus specifically on the most common type of security threat called Phishing Attacks.

Success will be evaluated based on the decreased Phish-Prone percentage on Phishing security test results and an increase company benchmark compared to others in industry.

The Illinois Spina Bifida Association (ISBA) has been providing the engineering department at local high schools with an opportunity for students to help empower children with physical disabilities through access to mobility devices. ISBA was looking for ways for the students to gain background knowledge on the population they will be supporting and to provide information on the program before they begin their involvement.

 This will be an interactive eLearning module for the students and families who are participating in the Engineering program. This module will focus specifically on spreading awareness of the Spina Bifida Association and the students’ involvement in the GoBabyGo program. The module will be able to be completed virtually to allow all families the opportunities to receive the same information about the GoBabyGo program.

Evaluation of success will be evaluated by the students level of understanding on the population they will be supporting and the GoBabyGo program.

 There has been a discrepancy between project completion time and knowledge of how to fix mistakes for novice and veteran painters documented through customer surveys and complaint calls. There is a high need to develop beginner level painter training to solidify the Painting Pals’ process. At Painting Pals, we want to ensure all of our beginner painters have the right tools and knowledge to be successful. Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality service from our exceptional professionals to make their dream home a reality. 

 This module is designed for beginner painters to gain the knowledge they need to take an interior painting project from start to finish. The topics include how to prepare a painting site, the tools involved, the painting process, and clean up procedures. An eLearning course would allow new employees to work through the content at their own pace and time before being onsite. When they arrive for their first project, they will have acquired a solid foundation of the Painting Pals’ process to apply on the job.

Success will be evaluated by a decreased customer complaints of unresolved mistakes and an increase of projects completed in allotted time-frame.
